Hi, have moles galore! In my back garden, about 2 acres, where I keep my goats and a few elderly sheep, I have been inundated with moles! Tried various mole traps including tunnel mole trap. I'm told tunnel traps are good, however, they are very hard to set and a strong pair of hands are needed! Any one got tips for setting please?

My cat used to catch moles, gone on strike or got too old. Need tips for catching please, have 2 types of trap, a hose ready too, but no luck with any of them. The mole hills are ginormous, in clusters of 10 - 12! Thanks, be grateful for any suggestions. Soil is sandy!

I always had success with tunnel traps, until I decided not to bother any more. My tip for setting them is to do it carefully ;)

Cheers
Richard

 Excellent advice! Got 2 nasty springs, hope you still have all your paws! Must practice setting and give them another try. Think I have elephant moles! Regards Bunty.

Thanks Gerald! Doesn't matter that much, use Forestlands when there is a Bunty already existing on a site! Have a lovely day! Keep thinking of a hamster going round and round in it's wheel when i see your name!
