turbomax 242e main switch board?

awaiting clearance to combustion chamber ..am gas safe reg 33871...this boiler is doing my head in!!gas ok...water ok..demand indicator lit..fan proves..pump runs..ignition sparks..lockout!!solenoid replaced...does not activate..should be 200v at grey plug on main switch board..zilch.
conflicting views from tech line (when I can get them!, boiler is for old lady and I dont want to run her into un necessary expense..) one guy says main switchboard one guy says switchboard and gas valve.. any one know?

Have you checked the o/h stat?

It helps to diagnose faults bystarting at the beginning.

yep..it did not need reset and was functioning ok!

I dont understand your terminology.

Do you get a voltage on the PCB at the connections to the gas valve?

Do you measure the gas valve resistance at the connector to the PCB?
