hi,not sure if this in right place..
ok, on switchin boiler on,main power switch..heating comes on straight away,,even tho timer set to off,,and hot water only luke warm,until rads have heated up,even then hot water not great !! divertor valve ????

It does sound more likely to be a diverter valve problem but it can be other things too.
