Didn't have turkey this year. Did a Nigella and cooked a gammon joint in Coke, then smothered in treacle and mustard and in the oven for 15 mins... Fantastic!

Lamb & gammon for us - will be eating it for the next week. Already had gammon for breakfast with eggs etc. 2 years ago my parents went a bit mad - they got beef,lamb,ham and chicken plus the trimmings - for 6 of us!!! Could have fed Africa with the left overs. They were more conservative this year! Everyone have a good day? Did Santa bring everything you asked for?
