turn off thermostat

I tried to post this in 'central heating' but there was no button to post anything.

Can anyone tell me how I turn off my British Gas RC Plus Thermostat. My radiators need to be off for a week

2 arrows on the left hand side pointing left and right.
Use them to scroll through the selections at the bottom of the screen
Can't timber the options but pretty sure there is an off or manual then set to 0
Why do you need them off for a week?

Press and hold the up and down arrows at the same time for 5 seconds to turn off. Press any key to turn back on.
Or as said above press left arrow once to put into manual mode and turn temperature down.
