Few days ago, I made a platform of two degree of freedom by STM32F103C8T6 and some simple parts, steering gears. After that I installed a camera on the top to be used as a cradle head.

Through 18650 battery power supply to the system, the steering machine mainly used two timers of the single chip to control, the display screen used a cheap and easy-used nokia5110, this is the display module I will use for demo. It took no more than 80 yuan.
Program is still in the midst of finishing. I think the final reference value is the timer is going to judge the operation of the steering gear through counting and to control the movement angle. After the test,the precision could reach at least the appearance of 5 °, which can be used generally in laboratories.
