L to L, N to N, A = Link L1 and Com using existing wire and B = Open. You might consider putting some brown sleeving or brown insulation tape on the green/yellow wire. Why don’t you have hot water if all you’re doing is the room thermostat?

My guess is:-
L = L
N = N
I would guess L1 to com
and B = Open
I would confirm by using my meter, were there no instructions with it? Looked on line and found nothing.
