Current set up analog arial then a one way 12db amp in loft to humax digital box in bedroom all is fine but i want to feed two more rooms from loft and if i try a old 3 way distributing amp with lower gain useing good coax to all, the bedroom set gets picture and sound drop out on chans.3&4 so to me it looks like gain is important. How can i get a good signal to all the rooms please.

Using an amp and a separate splitter rarely works. Try an all-in-one distributor instead.
Do you have clear line of sight to the transmitter? If not there is not much you can do if you have a good arial. Maybe you can consider freesat instead?
