What do you suggest I use to tie down the rafters of my shed onto the top plate? The rafters are skew nailed, but I was thinking about using this perforated metal strap stuff. I used it on every joist of the pitched roof of my workshop and it stayed in place during Storm Darwin in 2014! The alternative would be to use straight wall straps and twist them to extend down onto the studs? Would I need to use them on every rafter?
The roof area is 6.1m x 3.2m.

Can't you get twist restraint straps?
Your tf is not lined up with your joists so you'll only be able to use them to the left of the door and on both ends. You don't need them on all the joists.
Truss clips are useful too.

Why would you need to strap a lightweight roof to a lightweight frame?
