UKdrills.com Cobalt set?

Has anyone any experience with these? http://www.ukdrills.com/product.php?catid=266

They are about £15 cheaper than any other 19pc set for cobalts. But not sure of the quality? I emailed them and they said they are made in China and are 5% cobalt. (the norm)

I don't need ludicrously good drill bits, it's just for home workshop use but would like some "good" ones that will last when treated properly.

The Chinese are the worlds major producer of drills (as well as almost everything else, it seems) but I've always had quality stuff from this firm, including fast delivery.
