Unable to set Pyronix enforcer 10

hi everyone,

I just finished to install a Pyronix enforcer 10 wireless system

I was trying to set the alarm but I can’t by keyfob and by keypad ... after 30 seconds “Unable to set” everytime, but everything works fine if I set it by the phone app !

Do you know any reason for that ?

when you set it by he key fob and the keypad what exactly are you doing step by step.

What does it show in the event log.

In general apps will arm remotely and ignore exit method programming.

Hi, thanks for reply
When I use the keyfob it starts to countdown 30 secs, after 30 te alarm goes on and the bell start to sound and on the screen appear "Unale to set", without any other information.
Can't check event log now but I'll do itASAP

Have you got a door contact on the front door? If so when you open the door does the beeps change when you set the alarm?

No I haven't. I just learnt the siren and 2 PIRs. The 2 PIRs are still closed in the box, so they can't trigger anything

If you don't have a door contact set for final exit you will need to set the exit mode to timed not final door.
