Right, I have clearly angered the roofing gods in a former life and am being punished accordingly .
Long story short, getting a new tiled roof due to a number of problems with our existing one, covered in another thread.
Roofer stripped one side today and got the new membrane down (Permanent Eco lightweight) and we have discovered that the tiles he has ordered are the wrong sodding profile so can't go on (they need to tie into an extension that isn't getting stripped) . Needless to say we are unimpressed and the roofer is making noises about being unable to change the tiles.
So we have one side of a roof with no tiles but membrane .
My question is how weather proof is the membrane if it rains as I don't know when the new tiles will be arriving, but it'll likely be a few days at least.
Thanks.
