Undelete deleted sims contacts

Have deleted some contacts from my old sim by mistake.
Is there a way of recovering these?

Thanks mursal. I bought myself a sim card reader but it doesn't seem to want to work with windows 7 yet alone with any subsequent trial version of recovery software. I was wondering is anyone has actually had any success - I'll happily go and get another compatible usb reader, but am wary of throwing good money after bad especially if the software that works cost $70+ and might not work anyway
