Under floor heating in garage conversion

We are currently plannign a garage conversion, obviously we are going to have to build some sort of insulated false floor for Building Regs.

Are there any types of under floor heating available that can be fed from a combi-boiler and installed in a false floor ?

Easy to self-install ?

Expensive ?
