under floor heating or radiators?

Starting to refurbish 40yr old house not much insulation really, but windows are all double glazed etc. House is currently all radiators fed from combi boiler.
Now I'm meaning to put insulation under the floor, prob by lifting floor boards and installing from above. Now do i go for under floor heating when im at it? Pros and cons?
how hard is it to fit?
