Under floor Insulation

I am going to lay a new concrete floor onto hard fill and need to know what size and type of insulation I need to lay before pouring the concrete floor

use kingspan 75 to 150mm depending on depth reqired its a little more expensive than some but its worh it for all the extra cost will be its a solid board insulation hope it works out
