Under floor oven element: replacing

I've replaced grill elements in my oven before. But now the lower oven element, under the floor of the oven, has failed.

I took the back off the oven and could see the connectors for the lower element.
But it wasn't obvious how to get at the element. Is it possible to take the floor off from within the oven?

All depends on the model but most slide out from the back you normally have to peel back the insulation and remove 2 screws . post model details
