I have a small kitchen which has a cold draught due to an air brick behind the cabinets under the worktop. Most of the time this tends to blow air into the rest of the flat. I understand I shouldn't block this for ventilation reasons.
When getting the kitchen installed, I saw some electric fan heaters that sit under a cabinet, with a vent in the kick board. I was thinking about getting one, but as I have C-H pipes running behind the cabinet, I was wondering if any one knows of a C-H style version?
Saw this US ad for one:

I don't have any room for a radiator anywhere, and thought this might be a good idea? The cabinet only stores plates, and of course below the cabinet is quite a small space. Any ideas welcome.
