Hi,

A quick question - what's the general dimensions I should allow for a downstairs bathroom, which will be located under the stairs (starting from the return, so head height not an issue)? I'm thinking how long, and how wide? Just a cistern and sink - no shower.

Many thanks,

Henrik

Uhhh. Big enough to fit a cistern, sink and a person in!

Seriously, what ever size you want, but do remember to allow for leg room when sat on the toilet, a toilet roll holder and if your door opens into the room, enough space to walk in and shut the door...

Just as well you included that, otherwise he may never have got out of the room after finishing the job !!!!! I just wonder at times......
