So i have this system https://assets.danfoss.com/documents/353645/AQ082486478026en-010501.pdf powered from a communal system
The water heat exchanger is hot
The UFH heat exchanger is cold and if i vent some water then its also cold/tepid
If i turn the external thermostat control down to 25c the pump turns off - then back to 55c (where it was originally then it turns on again) (The connection box the external thermostat connects to is wired to the pump, and the thermal actuator, but havent traced wires fully)
The pipe going from the water pump is warm/hot but then is cold by time it gets to the feed pipe into the Heat Exchanger (so after the Differential pressure controller and the Danfoss Thermal Actuator)
Im presuming until the heat exchanger is warm then everything after that (flow meters, actuators etc) are post the issue.
Shutting off the power shuts the Actuator and it then opens slowly once power restored
Any ideas on anything i can try to work out where the issue is?
