Hi,

My builder has recently installed underfloor heating on the ground floor. There are four zones in total with each one having a mini hive thermostat. A separate thermostat for bedroom.

We have noticed when we turn on bedroom heating on it is working well. L

However, when we turn on one of UFH zone, it's turning on the loft room radiator and bathroom radiators. Note that in the loft, non thermostat radiator valve pipe is hot and thermostat valve pipe is cold.

Just to add, when I turn off the underfloor heating and turn on the bedroom thermostat. The flow is correct - thermostat valve is hot....and other valve is not hot.

Please could you kindly advise what the builders have done here. I believe the underfloor heating is not installed properly.
