Underfloor Heating Thermostats - Benefits and long run

Hi guys,

we have got our first house and i am looking at installing a underfloor heating system

I have come across a company, (www.simplyufheating.com) they have two stat types i am looking at the slimlines and the neo stats.

i am unsure if i would use the smart phone feature, however the property we are in will not be our forever home.

Will this affect the property value at all or should i just install what i feel is best for us?

Install what works for you. Wet UFH works well in well insulated houses (floor must be insulated) and runs well on low supply temperature (so ASHP etc). Unlikely you'll add to resale value by whatever you spend on the project but if it's what you want JFDI.
