I'm getting a house ready to sell. I'm putting a new kitchen in. At the moment the floor is concrete. Would it appeal more to you if it had underfloor heating if you were a buyer?

No, that choice woulnd't appeal to me as buyer: electricity costs would put me off if it's the main source of heating in the kitchen.
If it's an add-on (extra) heating source than it would be alright, but wouldn't pay any more for the property.

It wouldn't be the main heat source. There's a radiator in there.

It would just be there to keep the tiles warm underfoot.

the wet system would appeal as it shows the house has been done up properly, good standard ...
If you are thinking of putting Electric matting UFH in get a sparky to run the seperate spur to the mains ...

see here for electric UFH guides /info
