Hi. I'm new to this forum. Doing some general building work at a property in Sussex and we have an electric underfloor heating system that needs to be re-set. Can anyone help identify the attached thermostat/programmer? Hopefully someone with experience can help us so that we can then track down the operating manual. Thank you so much.
Cheers. paul.

When I first saw it I thought Heatmiser.
Can't be certain though.
Turn the power off an separate the front panel from the back. There's bound to be an ident inside.

Googling the model number brings up a couple for sale on ebay, but I can't find any instruction manuals.

He wants to know about the thermostat. Thats the big square thing with the temperature on it!

Thanks everyone. Not a heatmiser i don't think. No model number and no codes anywhere that we can see. If the image rings any bells please let me know someone! Installed several years ago. Many thanks.

Seems it has flummuxed everyone! Thanks for replying you nice people. And if anyone has any bright ideas please let me know. paul

That black hole by the OK button is the reset. Use a pointy thing and press it in until the screen resets. You then start off by setting the clock etc.
That's the way most of them work.
