Understanding Flexi tap tail sizes

I need to get some tap tails for a set of basin taps but I'm unsure of what some of the dimensions relate to.

This example shows 10x12x300

300 is obviously the length

What does 10x12 represent.

Also how significant is the bore diameter.

(I'll be fitting these to 15mm supply pipes)

10 x 15 (not 12) is the size at either end. 15mm at one end, M10 thread at the other. The bore is incorrectly stated on the listing, it'll be more like 5mm
