I have a new section of concrete floor that has been laid up to the old one, this is smooth and level but is raised approx 5mm up from the original one. The original floor has been poorly laid by the previous owner and has all sorts of dips, different levels and the like.
What would be the best way to get this floor level so I can then lay tiles or laminate succesfully on the top?
Hope someone can help
Thanks.
