hi all, went for a short jog a month ago. had to pull up after 10 mins my left leg siezed up. ( hamstring ? ) it is not painfull although still cant really bend it right way up without shouting OUCH there is also soreness on the kneecap. is there any physios in here should i pay a visit to the docs or will it just get better in time. yeh i know i shouldnt be jogging at my age thanks in advance for your miricle cures P M
