Unscrewing out of asbestos

Asbestos been drilled into fence as a gravel board by someone who didn't know what it was probably. I unscrewed; screws with drill. Did it wearing a mask. Is this enough? Should I wash clothes and face after work? Pour water on it when drilling? View attachment 127177

Yes. You won't be creating clouds of dust with a few little screws. It's asbestos not mustard gas.
