Unventilated roof space.

Did not realise there was a specific roofing subforum so posting it here for advice.

Garage has been converted into a living room.

Front half of the garage has a roof void above it, back half has a bedroom above it.

Ceilings are plasterboarded and rockwoll is laid on top of the ceiling as shown.

The roof void has no ventilation, to retrofit it would be an expense and bit of a nightmare, but am i going to run into massive issues with condensation and damp if i dont add ventilation?

I live in UK.
