Hello everyone!
I have a Texecom alarm system that probably is of the Premier series by the looks of it.
The keypad has no screen, only LED lights for zones and other notifications.
My installer is asking me for 170 EUR just for parts to "change the control panel" so I can switch from PSTN to IP communication.
Does that sound right? Does the whole control panel need to be changed (and therefore probably the keypad as well) or can we just add an IP module?
Thank you!
