UPVC beading removal

Okay, prize idiot alert.......

I've fitted Spectus UPVC windows (internally beaded) in my new extension & yesterday I noticed that I have somehow managed to fit one glass unit the wrong way round ("K" glass sticker faces outside, it should face inside).

What's the easiest way to remove the beading so I can swap the glass round?

with the externally beaded windows you have to cut the double sided foam tape with a knife first, then before refitting the glass you have to fit new tape.

Id love to tell you but last time i posted advise on how to gain entry was accused by mods of posting burglary advise. duh!
