Hi, yes it's another "please identify my door hinges and how to adjust" thread. My search has so far failed to find anything similar and I'm a complete noob at this.

The doors (front and rear entrances) are 3-hinge single doors. There appear to be 4 adjustment screws per hinge.

Both doors are sticking.

One of the top hinges the pin will not stay put, it can be tapped in easily but eventually works its way out again over time.

I would appreciate advice please with which adjustment does what, and/or the manufacturer that I can look up, and/or anything else pertinent.

It's not one I've come across in 100 years but it's a BASTA CONQUEROR 2D FLAG HINGE

The tiny grub screw behind the hinge when door is open should stop the pin riding up. The pin itself I believe is like a cam and if you put an allen key in the top and turn it should move the door sideways and in and out with a full 360° turn but very tiny adjustment this is. The allen key on the side moves the door sideways, good for 6mm + adjustment, you can move the top of door left and the bottom to the right pivoting on the centre.

They're an old hinge now and obsolete so doubtful you'll find much info in them

Thank you very much. That makes sense and I feel a bit more confident about experimenting now.

A search turns up these images from an obsolete product listing. The technical drawing matches what I have although the images appear to be a revised design.

One product listing says:
  • the hinge "incorporates a straight pin which allows height and lateral adjustability OR an eccentric pin which allows compression and lateral adjustability."
Another listing says:
  • Allen key on the frame part of the hinge moves the hinge in and out by approx 1.5mm to increase / decrease the pressure on the seal gaskets
  • The Allen key on the radius end of the sash part of the hinge offers left to right adjustment by the threaded bolt into the fixing plate (Removal of the hinge cover required to access the Allen key)
No mention of the grub screws top and bottom of each hinge. I wonder should these be slackened off before adjusting the main screw?

As for the cover pozi screws in the stock picture, these are not apparent on mine. It appears the whole thing is cast and only the end plastic cap is removable as here -
