Upvc door hinge issue

I have lost one of the Allen screws from this upvc door hinge causing it to drop. Can I get a replacement or do I need to get the whole hinge ?

Can you recognise that from the photo ? Are they easy enough to fit ?

Im a service engineer, I recognise everything , new hinge is an easy swap but just the offset from the door frame surface to the door leaf surface, from memory they come 16mm to 24mm I think

It's ok, the hinges are the same range, but slightly different. This hinge is the flush fitting variant!

It has a 23mm rebate
