Had a look at my sister's house rear door earlier because one of the locking point claws doesn't work.
When I removed the lock mechanism, the claw's gearbox is actually missing so the connecting link that operates the bottom locking peg is also disabled.
What's the appropriate means to identify the claw gearbox and get a replacement? .... I'm guessing a photo of it compared to those listed on ebay?
