I have a gap down the left of my front door as of the door is leaning from right to left, there's a gap at the top left of the door too. I've attached pics of the door and the hinges. I've tried loosening the screws on the top hinges and pushing the door back into the hinge but it hasn't really changed anything. Any advise gratefully received thanks in advance.

Ignore the part about packing the door up before loosening the allen bolts. For now just adjust the top one, remove cover cap, loosen bolt and from the handle side of the door with a thin chisel lever the door over towards the hinge side, keep it there while tightening the bolt. To release tension on the hinge pins remove cap on middle hinge, release the bolt, let the pin find it's own position laterally then just lock off the bolt

Really? I can't see a way to get to the screw that was on your video

Appreciate your help, I can get the cap off the top of the hinge but I can't see a way to access the hex bolt in the middle of the hinge, I have tried but the middle looks solid to me.

It's a horse shoe shaped spring steel cap that clips on and off, it doesn't have any screws holding it on, open the door and try and push it out from behind or just enough to create a gap from the front and get a thin blade in there to prize it off
