Upvc door Query

I am bidding on a used uvpc door and frame on ebay , it has a cill but it is to tall to fit with the cill I can fit it without the cill, will it be ok to fit without the cill it is an opening out door ,it also has a bottom spacer if that has any relavance
I have read about secret or face draining would this be an issue , and how could i tell which it is

Do open out doors drain into the threshold.it looks to have a low threshold

It's a wheelchair threshold , so the drainage shouldn't be an issue, as they usually drain through the front of the threshold , effectively making them face drain. Not sure where that addon is being used? . If the door height is right , and the door will clear your internal flooring then I can see no issues, just make sure you seal under that threshold really well so it doesn't allow any water penetration
 
Hi Thanks for replying ,the door is an opening outwards door if that makes any difference, i have asked the chap to see if he can see any holes he said there are 2 small holes on the front of the threshold he said they look like screw holes
