Hello all. A few of our uPVC shash Windows no longer for flush at the bottom. What happened, the windows were opened inwards, tilted at bottom, but they were a little stiff. Afterwards, closing and sliding back down they were no longer quite flush at bottom and you can hear outside noise/ drafts etc. I want to fix them myself before winter and high energy bills. It seems like 15cm metal plate located at bottom of both corners on bottom window is now slightly raised causing the window to 'bottom out ' before it should. So, I think I need to either replace these or take window out and try to hammer them flat again, but what do you experts think. I'm not even sure what they are. Some sort of pivot? Thanks
