UPVC tilt & turn window problems

Hello,

I have one UPVC tilt & turn window made by Maco where the stay at the top of the window has sheared off near the top hinge. Is it possible to buy a replacement stay and replace it?

I have taken some photos to help explain, also a photo of some code numbers on the side of the window what do they mean?

I have another window that is difficult to open are there any adjustment proceedures?

I very much doubt you will get a replacememt part, contact maco with the pictures and part number but i reckon not avaliable anymore
