Hi,
I couldn't open a bathroom window as the handle was very stiff. I managed to get to the screws and remove the handle and saw that the there was a crack in the housing for the bolt, the Window remains shut and i can not move the inside mechanism. I was hoping if anyone could advise me how to open the window and if it is possible to remove/replace the mechanism? Or if anyone is in the Oxfordshire area that would be happy to take on this problem for a charge please.
