Upvc Window Problems

Is it difficult to replace handles on Upvc windows?- also the window in question appears to have become strained as it has become increasingly difficult to close.

Are you sure the problem is with the handle and not the hinges?. Do you regularly spray the hinge with WD40 or similar?

They should be a screw tensioner for adjusting the window hinges.
