urgent help required

hope someone can help me, came home last night to find my heating not working but my mixer shower constantly pumping out hot water, tried to switch it off but to no avail

on my worktop underneath my boiler (vokera) there is small drops of water

can anyone offer any advice please

sounds like the mixer is goosed, try and isolate the h/w supply to it and see if that gets the c/h working.

Turn off the cold inlet under the boiler. This will temporarily get your heating working (hopefully) but will stop any hot taps working.
