Urgent help

I fitted a new euro cylinder but it is faulty.

I can't remove it because it won't turn enough to release. It turns a few millimeters but won't move the deadbolt starting to panic as it's getting late and gate lock the door.

Key is also stuck in lock as it won't turn enough to release it.

Any ideas?

Have you tried lifting the lock system up slightly and turning the key? Wiggling it etc?

When mine did that I ended up drilling it out. Biggest drill bit I had, number 10 I think, drilled right through it and the cam fell out. Mine wasn't a new lock though.
