Urmet Door entry system (no longer buzzing)

Hi, I need help with my flat's door entry system. It is an Urmet model likely to be 15 + years old.
The system works perfectly apart from the buzzer. I can no longer hear if anyone is pressing to gain entry from the front door.
I have no idea if it is something to do with the central unit or my own in the flat. I am guessing it is my individual unit.
I have attached a few photos. Can anyone point out the offending area?

Also any advice on who can fix this if I cannot. Is it an expert or an electrician?

Do you own the property?
This is probably a communal system and pulling things apart you dont understand could drop off the other flats costing you a nice few quid to repair.

Who are the managing agents? Call them. If not a local locksmiths/Alarm company who work on access control.

3 things could be the issue, the AC supply has failed or fuse blown. The outside button to your flat has failed, the handset has failed.

All can be fixed.
