Well, apart from the fact that "nobody" knew what a PRV even was, and that 'nobody" had ever seen a boiler like this before in their life, the pipe is curled round towards the wall, with only a few millimetres clearance - there was no splashing, no drama, no huge pooling of water, and nothing to suggest the situation, as it was, was anything out of the ordinary.
