Hi.

I am tiling a bathroom on newley skimmed wall as (brick). I will be using a tile which weighs 23.7kg

1) given the tile is over the 20kg weight limit for skim. I will be using primer. What Weber brand of primer should I use. Weber said PR360. But I’m not sure this is a Arcylic primer (which is better?). Such as AD250

3) I am gonna tank the shower area (with some tanking primer. Do I put this before or after the primer above? Any suggestions on products.

You are still exceeding the safe limit for skimmed gypsum plaster. Primers will not increase the weight carrying capacity of the wall, your easiest option will be to overboard with a thin tile backer board. Don't forget that in addition to the 23.7kg weight of your tiles you will also have up to 4kg sqm of adhesive.
