I have a concrete sectional garage that I need to remove to make way for an extension I am having built. I am still renovating a room that needs to be carpeted before I dump furniture from the garage into it, so cannot knock it down right now. The clock is ticking fast now ... building due to start on April 8th.
If I don't get the garage down by then, could my builder use the concrete in the walls and roof beams in the foundations or concrete slab, topping up, filling in, with fresh. The garage is in good condition. Is all concrete equal? This might kill two birds with one stone - save me removing the garage, and save a little on concrete too.
