i`ve got a 55 plate 20 fsi touran(petrol),last night the alarm kept going off and wife thought she heard the fan going off,today battery is tottaly flat and won`t even jump start, still under warranty thankfully.We had a problem with the fan control unit when it was new the fan just kept coming on and off,they replaced this.Any body heard of this problem or got any usefull advice please ?

i would think its the fan again,it wouldnt take long to drain the battery if it was running all the time
