Vacuum sink waste

I’ve got a vacuum under sink waste that’s just started overflowing, any ideas why? I’ve taken if off and cleaned it but it’s still running over.

Yes, sorry I think auto correct changed my wording, it's an anti vac waste.

Then it's likely that the rubber diaphragm is stuck in the down position, allowing water out. They are usually spring loaded to pop back up when negative pressure in waste stops pulling on them.
