Vailant Boiler, no hot water when comes off timer...

Need help!

I have just moved into a new house and the vailant boiler installed is causing me problems. I should have continuous hot water all day everyday, but when I put the central heating onto timer mode say, to come on at 4am and go off at 7am, after 7am I have no hot water when I turn the tap on. I have to then switch the timer from timer to on and then when I turn the tap on I have instantaneous hot water.

any help would be great.

just tried again tonight and the same problem happened...

Sounds like it isn't wired up properly

pin is sticking in the water section or the h ex is scaled
