Vaillant 242 Turbomax noise

Hello everyone, I've changed the thermostatic radiator valves on all radiators and I've cleaned as much sludge as I could from radiators. After that I have added some Sentinel x100 to the system and after I've filled up the system again-1.5bar-as it says in the manual, I turned on the heating. It was ok for a while but after few days the boiler start making a noise which could be heard as soon as the heating is on. It is definetly coming from the right side of the boiler and it seems like is louder sometimes. Any advice?

I cannot hear that video but it may be air noise because the auto air vent is blocked or the cap just tight ( poss because it leaks! )

The sound is like a loose screw, but I can only hear it when the heating is on, bottom right side, when I use hot water the noise is gone. Is not the best recording...I'm just wandering if is something serious.
